Yeah, I'd never watched loose change all the way through before. But just looking at the footage again, even before any analysis, it's glaringly obvious that those buildings came down in a controlled explosion. I mean, the fact that some hundred-odd storey buildings fell in the middle of downtown and didn't topple to the side crushing others... that alone is unnatural. And the fact that they were specifically designed to withstand plane crashes (which I'd known beforehand), and have even been hit by planes before! The party line is utter bullshit.
The scary thing -- more than that the whole sham was orchestrated by insiders (leaving who and why unspecified) -- is that this is becoming the new way to wage 'war'. A while back I made a post talking about memetics and how I see that as a brilliant new field that I will no doubt have to create myself if I wish to study it. And one of the things which has always disturbed me about memetics, is the idea of memetic warfare: tooling people's perceptions to effect a population large enough to do your bidding. The sad thing is, like it or not, memetics is coming and along with it comes its misuse to control the populous for nefarious ends. I only hope we theorists can come up with a cohesive vision to lead the world in defining what is acceptable application of the knowledge, and what should be considered war crimes, before Halliburton or their ilk decide it for us.
