Not to be predictable, and I don't honestly know if it's the right answer, but I bet CMU would be willing to listen to your story. It was not rare, as I recall, for CS majors to dual in psychology and AFAIK the two departments do talk a great deal. (I've heard the CMU psych department criticized for being "too computational" in their approach.) The LTI and HCII at least claim to listen, too. :)
