Renaissance Grrrl

I've read a number of pieces on the problem of perfectionism (especially among academic and artistic types), but hadn't seen that one before. As a Buddhist and a Japanese scholar, that makes a lot of sense though. Will definitely have to pick up the book, thanks :)
